🛒BestWay – Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
1.1. Customers may cancel an order before it is shipped by logging into their BestWay account and selecting “Cancel Order” from the order details page.
1.2. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled through the website. In such cases, customers may refuse delivery or initiate a return after delivery (see Return Policy below).
1.3. BestWay reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
1.4. If your prepaid order is canceled (by you or by BestWay), the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2.Return & Replacement
2.1. Products are eligible for return or replacement if they meet the following conditions:
The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
The item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts.
2.2. Returns must be initiated through your BestWay account under “My Orders → Return/Replace”.
2.3. After verification, a pickup will be arranged. Products must be handed over in secure packaging.
2.4. If replacement stock is unavailable, a full refund will be processed instead.
3.Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
Perishable goods (groceries, food items, flowers, etc.)
Health, hygiene, and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, innerwear)
Digital or downloadable products
Gift cards and promotional vouchers
4.Refund Process
4.1. Refunds will be initiated once the returned item passes quality inspection.
4.2. Refund timelines:
Prepaid orders: Refund to the original source (UPI / Wallet / Card / Net Banking) within 5–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via BestWay Wallet or bank transfer after confirmation, within 7–10 business days.
4.3. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products delivered by BestWay.
5.Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
First, recheck your bank account or wallet balance.
Then contact your bank or payment provider; sometimes it takes extra processing time.
If still unresolved, contact our support team using the details below.
6.Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only allowed for identical items (same model/color) if available in stock.
If not, a refund will be issued instead.
